Lent Gathering will be at Ansty Road URC CV2 3EY every Wednesday morning at 10:30am from 6th March to 10th April.
On the first week we will watch the film “The Way” “Tom, an American doctor comes to France to collect the remains of his adult son, killed in the Pyrenees while walking the The Camino de Santiago. Driven by a profound sadness, and desire to understand his son better. Tom decided to embark on the historical pilgrimage.” The film has a 2 hour run time so we will provide lunch to share afterwards.
In the next five weeks we will reflect on the themes within the film and on our own pilgrimage. Each session will finish about 12 noon and we can decide together whether we continue with lunch.
