Mary abseils for Christian Aid

 

Mary Goodwin abseils down Coventry CathedralOn October 12th a number of adventurous souls, including the Dean of the Cathedral and our own Mary Goodiwn (pictured), took a leap of faith and abseiled down the Cathedral. The brave step was to raise money for Christian Aid and the total from the event is thought to be about £15,000-£20,000. Mary herself raised an impressive £601.57 for the charity which works with some of the poorest people in the world bringing much needed assistance and development.
