We usually meet on the second Wednesday of the month from 2.00pm to 4.00pm in the Small Hall. The numbers are down at present – some join in the dancing and some chat, do puzzles and play simple card games. During the afternoon, we also do about 10 minutes of exercises to music, followed by easy line dancing for those who wish to join in.
We charge £1 to attend and this includes biscuits and a cup of tea, coffee or squash. Everyone is welcome.
